Sumario:The article analyzes the collective actions of Agrarian Socioterritorial Movements (MSTA) and Indigenous communities in rural Argentina (2021-2022), highlighting their participation in public policies, legislative, and judicial arenas. Using a quantitative and qualitative approach, information from public documents, journalistic articles, and institutional reports was systematized. The results show a growing institutional openness to Indigenous participation through dialogues, meetings with officials, and contributions in health and justice, strengthening their influence on policy formulation. However, tensions persist with state structures that do not always address their demands. While political participation has increased the visibility of the MSTA, judicial disputes have been highly conflictive, particularly regarding evictions and territorial conflicts. Overall, the MSTA and Indigenous communities incorporated new demands into their historical struggles in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, strengthening their agency in policy production and in the recreation of their political and territorial identities.
