Sumario:The hypothesis I will develop in this paper consists of afirming that NTIC transformations produce a particupar type of relationship between the political agent and the citizen in the origin of new populism. The illusion of a non-mediatized relationship that implies the loss of the political representation hegemony as we have known it until today in our representative democracies, has as an inmediate consequence the crisis of traditional partie, as a way of identification and integration of political representation.
