| Sumario: | This article is a reflection of the author and is intended to stress the right to work of everyone as a central and indispensable to the survival of the individual aspect , whatever their condition and situation. Working from a critical reflective gaze between the dialogic work and disability. In this regard gives different perspectives the meaning of work and finally calls for urgent to promote employment opportunities for people with disabilities, based on the principles of equal opportunity , equal treatment, integration and participation in the community.
