This work presents aspects related to the implementation of Law 1493 of 2011 carried out by a local government in the city of Bogotá during the period 2012-2015, in particular, those related to the financing of the construction, adaptation, improvement and provision of infrastructure of stages for the performing arts. For this, relevant aspects of the law are presented, a balance of the infrastructure and policies in this field in Bogotá as a context, and aspects of the implementation and execution of its economic resources are detailed. Therefore, it is intended to show the tensions between the purposes of the law and its application, which raise questions about cultural policy in the field of infrastructure. |
