Sumario:The objective of this article is to analyze the union organization of actors and actresses from La Plata before and during the context of health emergency from the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For this, we have investigated data constructed from an intra-methodological triangulation (Denzin, 1970; Santos, Pi Puig and Rausky, 2018) from different research techniques. In the development of the article we will investigate certain tensions in the identifications of the actors and actresses as workers. At the same time, the case of La Plata is particular to think about the union organization of the actors and actresses since the city delegation has been intervened and without calling for elections approximately seven years ago. In addition, we study these particularities contextualized in a particular social, political and economic period due to the global pandemic caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus. In short, we investigated the labor and trade union particularities of theater actors and actresses in La Plata before and during the global pandemic, serving to the representations of the subjects themselves about their work activity and union organization and representativeness.
