Sumario:This paper reconstructs the process of a community-based tourism initiative proposed by youth from the Escuela Campesina (EC) (in English, the Peasant School) of the Movimiento Campesino de Cordoba (MCC)  (in English, the Peasant Movement of Cordoba), Argentina. We show the actors and the structural processes involved in the design of this project, which recovers one of the MCC's central concerns: "the water problem". From an ethnographic fieldwork conducted during 2018-2019, we analyzed processes that articulate the transformations of agribusiness and the proposal of the EC, therefore, community-based tourism is considered as an option for the youth future project.
