Abstract: The article is part of a research project aimed at studying the implementation of institutional policies of social articulation or territorialization of the National University of Río Cuarto (UNRC). Firstly, the international context of influence of this policy and its recontextualizations at the national, institutional and UNRC faculty’s levels are analyzed. Secondly, the conceptions of territorialization supported by university actors and that mediate the implementation of these policies are studied. Thirdly, the particular adaptations or transformations that took place in the social articulation programs of the UNRC during the COVID-19: pandemic are identified: on the one hand, the paradoxical situation of territorializing in isolation in the face of which different strategies are generated, and on the other, the particular ways of planning and managing the crisis to sustain the link with the territory. The theoretical contributions of Ball, Bernstein, Goodson and Rudd operate as a framework for interpretation. The study provides contributions to discuss modes of governance and planning of the university taking into account its complexity and diversity and, in particular, in crisis contexts and with sensitivity to it. |

El artículo se enmarca en un proyecto de investigación orientado a estudiar la puesta en acto de políticas institucionales de articulación social o territorialización de la Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto (UNRC). En primer lugar, se analiza el contexto internacional de influencia de esta política y sus recontextualizaciones a nivel nacional, institucional y de las facultades de la UNRC. En segundo lugar, se estudian las concepciones de territorialización que sustentan los actores universitarios y que median la puesta en acto de estas políticas. En tercer lugar, se identifican las particulares adaptaciones o transformaciones que se operaron en los programas de articulación social de la UNRC durante la pandemia por COVID-19: por un lado, la situación paradojal de territorializar en aislamiento ante la que se generan diferentes estrategias, y por el otro, las particulares formas de planificar y gestionar la crisis para sostener el vínculo con el territorio. Los aportes teóricos de Ball, Bernstein, Goodson y Rudd operan como marco de interpretación. El estudio brinda contribuciones para discutir modos de gobierno y planificación de la universidad atendiendo a su complejidad y diversidad y, en particular, en contextos de crisis y con sensibilidad a la misma. O artigo faz parte de um projeto de pesquisa que visa estudar a atuação de políticas institucionais de articulação social ou territorialização da Universidade Nacional de Río Cuarto (UNRC). Em primeiro lugar, analisa-se o contexto internacional de influência desta política e as suas recontextualizações a nível nacional, institucional e das faculdades da UNRC. Em segundo lugar, estudam-se as concepções de territorialização apoiadas pelos atores universitários e que medeiam a atuação destas políticas. Em terceiro lugar, são identificadas as adaptações ou transformações particulares que ocorreram nos programas de articulação social da UNRC durante a pandemia de COVID-19: por um lado, a situação paradoxal de territorialização isolada face à qual são geradas diferentes estratégias, e por outro, as formas particulares de planear e gerir a crise para sustentar a ligação com o território. As contribuições teóricas de Ball, Bernstein, Goodson e Rudd funcionam como quadro de interpretação. O estudo traz contribuições para discutir modos de governança e planejamento da universidade levando em conta sua complexidade e diversidade e, em particular, em contextos de crise e com sensibilidade a ela.
