Sumario:Abstract: The article is part of a research project aimed at studying the implementation of institutional policies of social articulation or territorialization of the National University of Río Cuarto (UNRC). Firstly, the international context of influence of this policy and its recontextualizations at the national, institutional and UNRC faculty’s levels are analyzed. Secondly, the conceptions of territorialization supported by university actors and that mediate the implementation of these policies are studied. Thirdly, the particular adaptations or transformations that took place in the social articulation programs of the UNRC during the COVID-19: pandemic are identified: on the one hand, the paradoxical situation of territorializing in isolation in the face of which different strategies are generated, and on the other, the particular ways of planning and managing the crisis to sustain the link with the territory. The theoretical contributions of Ball, Bernstein, Goodson and Rudd operate as a framework for interpretation. The study provides contributions to discuss modes of governance and planning of the university taking into account its complexity and diversity and, in particular, in crisis contexts and with sensitivity to it.
