Sumario:The main objective of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of the relationship of human beings with their environment, specifically, the coastal landscape. For this purpose, the technological strategies and activities of the human groups that inhabited Punta Entrada (mouth of the Santa Cruz River, Santa Cruz, Argentina) are studied through the technological lithic assemblage recovered from the shell midden Punto 35. This type of site is the result of various human activities and behaviors, so its analysis is enriching to infer the relationship between humans and landscape. The results achieved show that Punto 35 continues with the technological trends registered in other sites of the locality, but it has the peculiarity of concentrating various typological classes, thus evidencing the great variety of activities that were carried out there, the use of different raw materials (biotic and abiotic) and even contact with people and/or distant spaces.
