| Sumario: | Formal and non-formal modes of education in the Historical Museum of the Hospital Nacional de Clínicas are apt to be applied to university, tertiary (non-university) and secondary school levels, namely those named EGBI, EGBII and Polimodal in the Argentine secondary education system. One possible approach is the use of the Museum Teaching-Tearning Strategies as defined in the Decree 244 of the School of Medicine Governing Board. The Historical Museum has as its mission the gathering, conservation and exhibition of instruments, apparatuses and objects used in the past or in current times in the field of Health Sciences. Besides, it also fulfils the role of a modern museum as an educational center for the community, thus acting as a hub for other educational institutions. |
