The aim of this work is to help the decision maker to choose the cell phone that best suits his preferences, considering market options and pre-established criteria. One of the challenges is determining the importance of the criteria, for which the CRITIC method was used, and a survey was carried out to obtain the importance from the judgment of various people. To evaluate the alternatives, the TOPSIS multi-criteria method was applied to determine the satisfactory cell, globally, with different sets of weights. The analysis was deepened, returning to each respondent the appropriate cell phone according to the personal preferences indicated, through a back-end development. En la sociedad actual poseer un dispositivo móvil, un celular, es indispensable por las aplicaciones y múltiples herramientas que poseen. Una persona deberá tomar la decisión de qué aparato comprar en reiteradas ocasiones, ya que tienen una vida útil limitada por los continuos avances tecnológicos. El objetivo de este trabajo es ayudar al decisor a elegir cuál es el celular que más se ajusta a sus preferencias, teniendo en cuenta las opciones del mercado y los criterios preestablecidos. Uno de los desafíos es la determinación de la importancia de los criterios, para lo cual se utilizó el método CRITIC y se realizó una encuesta para obtener la importancia a partir del juicio de diversas personas. Para evaluar las alternativas se aplicó el método multicriterio TOPSIS para determinar el celular satisfactorio, en forma global, con diferentes conjuntos de pesos. Se profundizó el análisis, devolviendo a cada encuestado el celular apropiado de acuerdo con las preferencias personales indicadas, a través de un desarrollo back-end.
