He stops to inquire about the experiences of teachers and their journeys in relation to disability. It approaches their trajectory and training, to then analyze how these trajectories are related to the making of pedagogical or didactic decisions in teaching practices. Itis proposed to reflect on the impact of these practices on the construction of institutional conditions of accessibility in the university context. It is an academic contribution of relevance that in turn implies an undeniable responsibility of higher-level institutions. It is an area scarcely researched and represents one of the main pillars that support the possibility of going through a university career for students with disabilities. El análisis parte de la pregunta respecto a las voces de los docentes en relación a la accesibilidad académica en el nivel superior en la Licenciatura de Psicopedagogía de la Facultad de Educación y Salud de la Universidad Provincial de Córdoba. Se detiene a indagar sobre las experiencias de los docentes y sus recorridos en relación a la discapacidad. Se acerca a su trayectoria y formación, para luego analizar cómo se relacionan estas trayectorias con la toma de decisiones pedagógicas o didácticas en las prácticas de enseñanza. Finalmente se propone reflexionar acerca de la incidencia de estas prácticas en la construcción de condiciones institucionales de accesibilidad en el contexto universitario. Se trata de un aporte académico de relevancia que a su vez implica una responsabilidad innegable de las instituciones de nivel superior. Es un área escasamente investigada y representa uno de los principales pilares que sostienen la posibilidad de transitar una carrera universitaria para estudiantes con discapacidad.
