| Sumario: | This 21st century immersed in globalization requires new epistemological assumptions that solve the challenges implicit in the transformations of reality. A technological reality makes it essential to build broad and flexible conceptual schemes to interpret situations and offer new proposals. The multidimensional legal model is presented in this work as a central axis of analysis because its nucleus is configured by total legal phenomena, and the use of technology inthe administration of justice implies a complex of norms, legally relevant behaviors, and diverse legal relationships in a field determined spatial-temporal and new knowledge and responsibilities analyzed by different disciplines that contribute to teaching, training, methods and instruments to use. Following the model of Dr. Martínez Paz, we will investigate the social, cultural, anthropological, legal and ideological assumptions that encompass the plan for the modernization of justice in Córdoba. |
