Spermii concentration, lrmttility, morphology and HOST (semen incubation in hypoosmotic salmolutiOn - sodium citrate and fructose, 10 møsm/1 -, 379C during 60 mm) vere evaluateci. In HOST determinations, results higher than 60 % of swolien cells are considered within the normal. range.
