Here we describe some of the "communication processes" (Uranga, 2007) that we promoted as a general communication strategy that allowed us to foster the "communication praxis" (Abatedaga and Siragusa, 2014) of the organization, with the aim of facilitating its identity  self-constitution processes. (Melucci, 1999) El artículo que presentamos a continuación es un recorte analítico y reflexivo de una Investigación Acción Participativa desarrollada en conjunto con la organización de trabajo socio-comunitario Espera con Frutos, en la localidad de La Falda, Córdoba, Argentina.
