| Sumario: | This article shares data from research on translation carried out in the Bachelor’s Degree in Languages - Translation and the Graduate Program in Languages at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. It lists the Final Papers produced in the area from 2007 to 2021 and the Dissertations and Theses defended in the Program from 2000 to 2021. It also presents the temporal and thematic distribution of these academic works. Among these themes, literary translation and specialized translation, and Terminology stand out, but also more in vogue themes such as audiovisual translation and localization. It also discusses the continuing education activities carried out by the Olga Fedossejeva Translation Studies Center at the Institute of Languages. The data analysis from this tripod of teaching, research, and extension has allowed us to consider the development of the area at UFRGS and in academia over the last fifty years. |
