Sumario:The proposal of this work is to make a cross-checking between the relevant archaeological data of Antofagasta de la Sierra hunter-gatherer archaeology, with other ethnographic and archaeological data of hunter-gatherers from desert regions. The purpose is to compare these data to understand how those extended social landscapes at the circumpuna area were conformed, supported by distant interactions. This is observed from a wide temporal perspective.
