The Constitutional procedural law studies mechanisms, actions, procedures, resources and procedural norms that mark the judicial paths and possible judgments which may be adopted by the judges to reach the constitutional protection of human rights. The codification and systematization of rules governing constitutional procedures is a goal that Congress must meet. This is the subject of study in this work.
