Sumario:The present work describes the interventions that were carried out within the framework of a Territory Outreach Action Project (AET by its initials in Spanish), run by professors and students of the Degree in Nutrition from the School of Biochemistry and Biological Sciences at El Litoral National University. The project was developed along with teams of directors, teachers and school assistants from the initial level of educational institutions that belong to “Laureano Maradona” Physical Education Center (CEF) N°4, located in the city of Santa Fe, in 2019. The project aimed at training knowledge-spread agents so as to support actions from a comprehensive health perspective, focused on Nutritional Food Education (EAN by its Spanish initials) and on promoting healthy habits and quality of life at the initial level of education. Its development made feedback among all participants possible, which led to the broadening of knowledge and the establishment of links, learning opportunities, values, resources and strategies that empowered the members of the educational community and the future graduates in Nutrition.
