description The following article presents as a general subject the relationship between the concept of device (dispositif) and the concept of subject. Throughout the development, we will try to answer what kind of relationship is established between them. The main objective of this article is to show how the way we think the devices (dispositifs) determines the way we think the subject. We will carry forward the research through a study of the central features of the concept of device (dispositif). We believe that the main contribution is to reflect on a number of methodological precautions regarding the approach of both, the concept of device (dispositif) and the concept of subject, in the work of Michel Foucault, during the decade of 1970. The exhibition is divided into three major sets of elements that could be described as follows: 1) the strategic and technological character of the devices (dispositifs), 2) the programming and the realization of the devices (dispositifs), and 3) how we understand the relationship between the devices (dispositifs) and the subjects.
