Sumario:The aim of this paper is to provide a conceptual framework to analyze from an intersectional perspective the situation of incarcerated migrant women. The starting point is the acknowledgement of the academic and political invisibilization of the individual experiences which these women faced. An approach to the analysis of the said experiences is encouraged in this work, in which methodological and conceptual approaches will be addressed in order to discuss the subject. Through a qualitative analysis and bibliographical critique, the tools provided by two fields of studies will be articulated: sociology of migration and feminist criminology. To conclude, a number of concepts that contribute to the analysis from an intersectional perspective will be suggested.
