Sumario:This article is inserted into a set of studies that analyze the workers' housing in Argentina. It aims to examine the designs and housing programs developed during the years before the emergence of the Peronismo in the capital city of theprovinceofJujuy: San Salvador de Jujuy. The attention is focused in the discussions and reviews around the different projects of working class houses in a district of theNorthwestern Argentina. It also pretends to give importance to similar lines and particularities of these programs related to other areas of the country.
