Carlos Vega BelgranoCarlos Vega Belgrano (1858 – 1930) was an Argentine lawyer, activist, journalist, and politician who held the position of vice president of the Radical Party in 1896. He had a long career as a journalist director of the La Revista Nacional and El Tiempo, an evening newspaper founded by him.
He was born in Buenos Aires, the son of Manuel Vega Belgrano and Manuela Belgrano Helguero, the natural daughter of Manuel Belgrano and María de los Dolores Helguero. He was member and president of the Ateneo, an extinct cultural institution of Buenos Aires.
